Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before engaging the credit repair services provided by Global Credit Repair Network via DeputyCredit.com. By enrolling, accessing the client portal, or submitting information, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility & Department Verification

This discounted employee-benefit program is strictly reserved for active or retired employees of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office (including command staff, licensed peace officers/deputies, detention personnel, and civilian support staff) and their lawful spouses. Applicants must be legal U.S. residents aged 18 years or older. Employment status verification may be requested during onboarding.

2. Scope of Services

Global Credit Repair Network provides professional credit evaluation, analysis, dispute document preparation, and direct correspondence with consumer reporting agencies (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) and data furnishers under the authority of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and relevant state laws.

3. Statutory Rights Under CROA

In compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq.):

• Three-Day Right to Cancel: You have the legal right to cancel your contract without penalty or obligation within three (3) business days from the date of signing.
• No Advance Fees: No setup or service fee will be billed or collected until services have been fully performed as defined in your service agreement.
• Self-Disputation Right: You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with credit bureaus for free on your own behalf.
• Accurate Information: Accurate, verifiable, and timely negative items cannot legally be removed from a credit report.

4. No Guarantee of Specific Results

While we utilize all legal remedies to challenge questionable items, credit scoring models vary. Federal law strictly prohibits guaranteeing specific score increases or the guaranteed deletion of specific accounts. Past results achieved for other clients do not guarantee identical outcomes.

5. Pricing & Billing Terms

Eligible Sheriff's Office employees receive discounted rate structures:

• One-Time Setup Fee: $149.99 (reduced 50% from public $299.99 rate). $0 is due today at initial sign-up; fee is billed after credit report intake and audit setup.
• Monthly Subscription: $199.99/month (reduced from public $299.99 rate). Monthly billing recurs on the same calendar day until service is paused or canceled.
• Spouse / Co-Applicant: Included at $0 additional monthly cost when registered under the same household plan.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your monthly service agreement at any time with no termination penalties by giving notice through your portal or emailing support. Service will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.

7. Client Responsibilities

To achieve optimal results, you agree to: (a) provide accurate personal information and official identification documents; (b) maintain active monitoring access; (c) forward all credit bureau correspondence received at your home address to us promptly; and (d) refrain from applying for new credit accounts during active dispute cycles without consulting your assigned specialist.

8. Intellectual Property & Department Seal Usage

All course materials, text, graphics, logos, and portal interfaces are protected IP. Montgomery County Sheriff's Office patches, badges, and seals are displayed under authorized department benefit guidelines and remain official law enforcement marks.

9. Disclaimers

Global Credit Repair Network is an independent credit service organization. This platform is an official benefit partner but is not a division of Montgomery County government or law enforcement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Credit Repair Network's total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in Montgomery County, Texas.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
